FIERACAVALLI 2017: NEW DATE & THE RETURN OF ARABIAN HORSE AND DRESSAGE

A change of date for Fieracavalli. The show is now scheduled at the end of October and will take place at the Verona Exhibition Centre Thursday 26-Sunday 29 so that it can host for the 17th consecutive year the only Italian stage of the Longines FEI World CupTM – Jumping Verona. The 119th edition of the event in Verona was premiered on the occasion of the 85th International Official Show Jumping event (CSIO) in Piazza di Siena, Rome.
The return of Arabian Horses is not-to-be-missed in the new location in Hall 9 with the European Championship of Morphology by ANICA (Italian National Arabian Horse Association). Nor should we forget the Fieracavalli Grand Prix for thoroughbred Arabian horses born and reared in Italy.

The numerous appointments on the sports calendar at Fieracavalli also include the Dressage KUR. Valentina Truppa – winner of many Olympic medals – will be in the forefront together with three other lady riders in performances on Friday 27 and Saturday 28 October. Valentina has also chosen Fieracavalli to announce the official retirement from competitions of her trusted companion Chablis, the horse that has won the most medals ever in Italian Dressage.
